1 3 oz.pkg. orange jello
1 8 oz. can pineapple, crushed or tidbits( juice and all.)
1 16 oz. carton cottage cheese (small curd)
1 8 oz. carton cool whip
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. minature marshmallows
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Put pineapple in a large mixing bowl, pour jello powder over pineapple and mix well. Add cottage cheese and mix then add cool whip and mix, then stir in marshmallows. Add pecans and mandarin oranges. Stir all together and put in a dish with a cover. Refrigerate.
