Directions:
1. Prepare pan of boiling water, slightly salted

2. whilst water is coming to boil tip cream into small pot, add finely chopped spring onions and some chopped ham.

3. Grind as much pepper as your arm will allow and heat gently

4. Cook Tortollini for 3-4 mins and drain

5. Return to pan and add sauce to pasta and mix well

6. Decant into bowls and serve with buttered crusty or garlic bread and of course copious amounts of chedder cheese.

If entertaining place large amounts of Rocket leaves on a shallow serving dish and place pasta on top. Always finish with a dramatic flourish of cheese.

Enjoy with a large glass of red vino.

Personal Notes:
This is fantastic supper dish when the only drama you want is on the telly and not in the kitchen. It can be whipped up in the time it takes to open and pour the wine though you would never know it. Enjoy.
