2 9.75 oz. cans white chicken breast(drained)
1 13.75 oz. can hearts of artichokes,chopped& drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 bunch chopped green onion( white parts only)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 ribs of celery (chopped very small)

Directions:
Drain and chop the artichokes. Drain the chicken and add to artichokes. Sprinkle the garlic powder evenly over all. Add chopped onions, celery and pecans. Add Miracle Whip and stir to blend well.

This makes wonderful sandwiches especially if you use King's Hawaiian Bread. It is also a great snack on crackers such as Club, or Ritz etc.
