4 cloves Garlic
1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
12 oz Mushrooms, white stems
1 tbsp Thyme
1 tbsp Lime juice
3 dashes Black pepper, ground
1 Pinch Cayenne pepper
1 Pinch Salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Bread crumbs
3 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.1- Heat up a skillet 2- add the butter, olive oil. Add the garlic, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lime juice. 3- Saute to combine well before adding the mushrooms. 4- Stir the mushrooms to coat well with the ingredients. 5- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the mushrooms. 6- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the mushrooms for 12 minutes.
