20 Pickling Cucumbers
2 qts. Water
1/2 C. White Vinegar
1/2 C. Kosher Salt (or regular salt can be used)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. Dill Seed, lightly crushed
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 C. Pickling Spice
1 medium bunch Fresh Dill, lightly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stir water, vinegar, salt and sugar until dissolved add crushed garlic and spices.

Put the cucumbers in jar then pour over cucumbers and refrigerate.

Make sure your cucumbers are completely covered in water and close the jar.

Put in the refrigerator. Let them sit for at least 4 days before eating.
