6 Lemons (Juice of all grated reams of 3 lemons)
2 ct. of boiling water
1 cup of sugar
½ cup cake of compressed yeast
1 cup of Luke warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over the lemon juice and ream, add sugar, cover closely and let stand, until Luke warm. Add yeast cake soften in the Luke warm water, and cover and let stand overnight next morning bottle and tie down the cork. Set aside in a cool place. It is ready to use in one day. It will effervesce when poured out.
