1/2 C. Oil
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 305º.

Grease and flour a 9X5X3 pan.

Beat the oil and sugar together. Add the eggs and banana and beat well.

In a separate bowl sift together the dry ingredients.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well.

Stir in the nuts.

Pour mixture into the pre-greased pan and bake for 1 hour.
