1 ¼ Cup of Flour
¾ Cup of white corn meal (yellow corn meal)
¼ Cup of sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of salt
½ Cup of Butter Milk
½ Cup of Carnation Milk
1 Cup of oil
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease Cast-iron pan and set aside
Combine all dry ingredients, stir in milk, oil, and eggs then pour into cast-iron pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
