1 ¾ cup of sugar
¾ cup (1 ½ stick) of butter at room temperature
4 eggs
1 can of 15oz unseasoned pumpkin pureed
¾ cup of milk
3 ½ cup of flour
1 ½ cup of chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. of baking powered
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp of baking soda

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Coat two 4 ½ X8 ¾ Loft pan or six 5 ¾ X3 ½ in Loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside

Cream sugar and butter until smooth add egg beat until light and fluffy, add pumpkin pureed and milk. Combined flour, walnuts, spice, baking powered, salt, and baking soda. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Stir until flour is moistened. Divided batter between prepare pans. Smoothing top. Bake large loaf for 55-60 minutes or small loaf for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Turn on wire rack and cool completely.
