4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
3 lbs. fresh ripe tomatoes
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. chopped basil linguine
parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Do not brown.
Skin and chop tomatoes. Mix all ingredients in non-aluminum bowl. Let stand 6 hours. Serve over hot linguine. Sprinkle with parmesan.
