1 lb. butter 3 c. white bread crumbs 3/4 c. parmesan cheese Jumbo shrimp
Melt butter and add bread crumbs and cheese. Split shrimp, being careful not to cut through the shell. Remove the vein. Stuff. Bake at 375º for about 15 min. or until puffy. Pour white sherry over and place under the broiler until browned.
