2 lb. meatloaf combination (1 lb.beef - 1/2 lb. pork -1/2 lb. veal)
1 link hot sausage (casing removed)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and place in the center of a casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350. Let cool. Just before serving, slice and place on the grill until warm on each side and slightly browned.
