1-12 oz or 2-6 oz jars of marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 C. sliced green onions
1/4 C. Green salsa
1/4 C. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 C. fresh snipped cilantro
1/2 C. shredded Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or white cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes and coarsely chop. In a small pan combine chopped artichoke hearts, green onions, & salsa. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stir frequently. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, sour cream or yogurt, and cilantro.
Serve immediately with warm bread sticks, chips, or bread chunks using a sour dough loaf as a "bowl.".
