Ingredients:  
1 jar sharp cheese spread (5 oz.)
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. flour
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, flour, and beat until creamy (by hand)
2. On floured board, shape cheese mixture into 12" log
3. Rolls in sesame seeds, if desired
4. Wrap in wax paper, chill until firm
5. Cut into 1/4" thick slices, and plate 1" apart on cookie sheet
6. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes, until golden brown
