1 can tuna (water packed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Large noodles
Onion, chopped (optional)
Celery, chopped (optional)
Red bell pepper, chopped
Frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain tuna and rinse in cold water
2. Cook about 3 hand fulls of noodles, and drain
3. Separately, saute together onion, celery, and bell pepper
4. Mix tuna, cooked noodles, and sauteed vegetables in over proof casserole with soup
5. Add frozen peas to taste
6. Bake 350º for 30 minutes, until hot
