Fresh tomatoes (skinned, seeded, cut)
Black olives
Artichoke hearts
Red or green bell pepper
Mushrooms
White wine
Garlic
Onion
Olive oil
Marjoram
Sage
Pepper
Tarragon
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir fry tomatoes, black olives, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, mushrooms, white wine, garlic, onion, olive oil
2. Season with marjoram, sage, pepper, tarragon, Italian seasoning
3. Serve over cooked penne pasta
