1 Cup Butter Flavored Shortening (Crisco)
3/4 Cup White Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips

Preheat Oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheets or use parchment or liner.
In a Large bowl cream together shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at at time beating well with each addition, then stir in vanilla. Combine in separate bowl flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Bake 8-10 minutes until light brown.
