1 lb. pork, cut into small cubes
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons shortening
1/2 cut chopped onions
1 clove garlic chopped1 16oz can chopped tomatoes
2 7oz cans diced green chilis
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in flour.
Melt shortening in pan.
Brown meat. add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until meat is tender.
Roll up in warm taco shell.
