3 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced onion
3 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 Roma (plum) tomatoes
1 tsp. minced garlic (fresh)
1 pinch cayenne pepper OR 1-2 minced jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well together and let sit for an hour or so in the fridge with an avocado pit in the middle of the bowl (too keep from browning). Serve chilled with your favorite chips.

We like the Tostito scoops!
