2 lb. ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
3-4 crushed garlic
salt & pepper to taste
2 packages Lawrys spaghetti sauce mix (1.5 oz. each)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can water (8 oz.)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mixed Italian seasoning
1 can tomatoes/sauce & all (12 oz.)
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into small chunks
2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 package lasagna noodles
Fresh parsley

Directions:

1. Pre-heat over to 375ºF
2. Brown beef, with chopped onion, then drain grease, and set aside
3. Mix together and simmer 30 minutes (or more) all of the following: Lawry's packets, tomato sauce, water, sugar, Italian seasoning, tomatoes
4. Cook lasagna noodles (*hint: don't drain, instead put pan into sink and run cold water into it, until all the water is replaced, then lift noodles out as needed)
5. Spray 9 x 13 Pyrex dish
6. Layer noodles, meat sauce, cheddar cheese
7. Layer noodles, meat sauce, cream cheese
8. Layer noodles, meat sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley
9. Bake 30 minutes, with loose foil
