Pheasant breast meat
1 lb. thin bacon

Marinades to try:
Teriyaki with Pineapple juice
Caribbean Jerk
Hawaiian

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pheasant breast meat into 3/8 to 1/2" cubes. Marinade overnight in your favorite marinade.

Cut bacon strips into thirds (Thinner bacon works best). Wrap each piece of pheasant with a piece of bacon and place on skewer. Grill on low heat until bacon is done. *Watch carefully so grill doesn't flame up with the marinade oils dripping.

You can also use duck, tastes just as good.
