FOR THE SHRIMP:
2 LB(16-20 COUNT) SHRIMP PEELED AND DEVEINED- OR 12-15 COUNT
1 TBSP OF "GOOD" OLIVE OIL
1/2 TSP KOSHER SALT
1/4 TSP FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER

FOR THE SAUCE;
1/2 C HEINZ CHILI SAUCE
3 TBSP PREPARED HORSERADISH- I PREFER HOT
2 TSP FRESHLY SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
1/2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 TSP HOT SAUCE

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
PEEL AND DEVEIN SHRIMP OR BUY FROZEN PEELED AND DEVEINED LEAVING THE TAILS ON. MAKE SURE THEY ARE DRY IF FROZEN. PLACE IN BOWL AND MIX WITH THE OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER. SPREAD THEM IN 1 LAYER ON A SHEET PAN. ROAST FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES UNTIL JUST FIRM AND COOKED THROUGH. SET ASIDE TO COOL.
PREPARE THE SAUCE AND SERVE WITH THE SHRIMP!
