- fresh asparagus spears trimmed and washed
- olive oil
- lemon
- kosher salt
-garlic powder
- pine nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss asparagus with olive oil and lay on a roasting pan. Squeeze fresh lemons and sprinkle with kosher salt and garlic powder. Mix well. Roast and then top with toasted pine nuts if desired. High heat, shorter cook time. Around 375-400º, at least 15 minutes or more depending on how much you are making.
