12 to 15 Ears of corn, shucked, washed and creamed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook corn in microwave 5 minutes and stir in a glass casserole dish. Repeat this until the corn corn has cooked At least 20 minutes.
2. Add a little water if the corn thickens too much.
3. After 20 minutes add salt, pepper, and butter.
4. Cook 3 to 5 more minutes.
