3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 1/2 t of vanilla
* 3/4 cup of chopped nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8 or 9 in square baking pan with wax paper. In a heavy sauce pan over a low heat, melt chocolate, milk & salt. Remove from heat stir in vanilla. Spread evenly into baking pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge out of pan and place onto cutting board; peel of wax paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
