3 envelopes Knox gelatine
1 c. white sugar
3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 small angel food cake
1 c. boiling water
juice from 1 lemon or tsp. concentrated
1 can coconut
1 ( No.2) can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin with boiling water in a saucepan. In a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice, gelatin and pineapple; mix well. Let stand in refrigerator until firm. Beat 2 packages of Dream Whip as directed on package; stir into mixture. Break 1/2 of the angel food cake into small pieces an place in 13 x 9-inch pan or Corning Ware dish.Put a layer of mixture over cake.Repeat a layer of cake and mixture. Use the other package of Dream Whip and spread across the top and sprinkle with coconut; refrigerate.
Note: You may use 2 packages of Dream Whip and use Cool Whip for the top. This is better to make ahead of time.
