1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 ( 6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. strawberry preserves
1/2 c. almonds, toasted and finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add melted chocolate, beating until smooth.Stir in vanilla wafer crumbs and preserves; cover and chill one hour.Shape into 1-inch balls.Roll in chopped almonds and chill.(You may freeze fudge balls up to 2 months.)
