2 qts. apple cider
1 qt. orange juice
2 c. lemon juice
1 qt. water
2 1/4 c. sugar
10 cloves
8 allspice berries
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 piece candied ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water with sugar for 5 minutes. Take off heat and stir in spices. Let stand at least 1 hour, or best to let stand all day. Remove spices and stir in juices. Heat.
