1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1 (1 pound)sliced smoked sausage(any type)
2(16 ounce )can kidney beans
1 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 cup water
1/2 package French's Chilli-O seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sausage ,water,onions,and peppers.Cook on medium for about 20 minutes.Add seasoning mix,kidney beans and tomatoes.Continue to cook on medium for another 15 minutes.Add rice and tomato juice.Cook until rice is done,about 10 to 12 minutes.
