Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons oil
Icing:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa
6 Tablespoons milk
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake;Cook cocoa,water,buttermilk and butter on medium heat until it bubbles.Mix with Dry ingredients and eggs.Bake in 13x9x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.Mix peanut butter and oil together and spread on cooled cake.
Icing:Cook butter,cocoa and buttermilk until bubbly.Add to sugar and vanilla.beat.Spread on top of peanut butter layer.
