2 cups baking mix
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs,beaten
1 cup milk
3/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine baking mix,sugar,cornmeal, and baking powder in bowl.Add eggs, milk,butter and vanilla;mix well.pour into greased 8x8 inch baking pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.Serve hot with honey and butter.
