1 cup Hellman's Mayo
2 cups sharp cheddar finely grated
2 cups mild cheddar finely grated
1 pint sour cream
2 cans Mexi-corn (drained)
1 8-oz jar Jalapeno peppers or Banana Peppers, chopped
1 T. Lemon Juice
2 T. Creloe Seasoning
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Mix together in large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Frito Scoops and have a margarita while you're at it.
