1 sleeve graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Filling:
3 eggs
1 (14oz) can condensed milk
3/4 c. key lime juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 pint whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Crush graham crackers in food processor or in a plastic bag with rolling pin.
Pour crumbs into pie pan. Add 1/4 c. sugar and mis with fork. Pour the melted butter over crumbs in pie pan.
Mix and press into bottow of pie pan and up the sides. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 8 minutes, until brown. Let cool.

Filling: Whip three egg yolks with 1 can condensed milk. Gradually beat in lime juice.
Pour into baked, cooled pie crust. Return filled pie to the 325-degree oven and bake for 15 minutes to set the filling. Remove from oven and cool.
Whip cream and add 1/4 c. sugar at end of whipping process.
Spread whipped cream over pie and freeze. Take pie out of freezer and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
