Pie:
2 1/2 to 3 c peaches, sliced & drained
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
Crumb Topping:
1/3 c margarine
3/4 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crust in pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 or until it begins to brown. Let cool. Combine peaches, sugar and flour. Pour mixture over pie crust. In another bowl combine Flour and sugar. Using a fork blend chunks of the margarine into the flour and sugar mixture to create a chunky crumb topping. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 for 40 more minutes.
