4 Chicken Breasts
Scallops
Shrimp or Prawns
Crab
2 cloves of garlic
4-6 tbsp. Flour
8 tbsp. Butter
1- 1 1/2 cups Milk
Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Barbeque chicken breasts and keep warm.
In frying pan melt 4 tbsp. butter, add garlic and heat thoroughly. Add scallops, prawns, and crab and cook until prawns are pink.
In a sauce pan melt 4 tbsp. butter, add flour and stir on medium heat for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until thick. Season with salt and pepper .Add cheddar cheese and stir until mixed and smooth.
Add cooked seafood to cheese sauce. Serve over chicken breasts.

You may add 1/4 cup sherry to cheese sauce if desired.
