(1 lb.) Fresh Green Beans
(2) Eggs
(5 tbsp.) milk
(1) Box Panko Bread Crumbs
(3 cups) Vegetable Oil
(1) Bottle Ranch Dressing
Sriracha Sauce to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour (3 cups) vegetable oil in fryer and bring to 350 degrees. Combine (2) eggs and (5 tbsp.) milk in a bowl. Pour panko bread crumbs into a bowl.
Dredge green beans in egg and milk mixtures, then dredge in panko bread crumbs and repeat process. Once all green beans have been dredged, begin the frying process. Be sure not to overcrowd your fryer, green beans should float once fully cooked. Plate and serve with ranch dressing on the side. "To heat things up add Sriracha sauce to taste."
