1 package stew beef
3 Tbsp beef bullion
2 Tbsp minced onion

2 packages beef/brown gravy mix

Mashed potatoes or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In crock pot, take 1 package of stew beef and cover with water. Add about 2 or 3 tablespoons of beef bouillon and 2 tablespoons minced onion to water. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

When beef is done, pull out meat and set aside. Turn crock pot to high and add 2 packages of gravy mix to beef broth, cook until thick. Return meat to gravy. Can be served with mashed potatoes or noodles.
