Dressing: 1/4 cup oil 6 T. Rice Vinegar 4 T. Brown Sugar 1 t. salt
Salad: Mixed Lettuce Sliced and quartered cucumbers Sliced red grapes Sliced almonds Rice noodles
Mix ingredients for dressing and save to put on top of salad until just before eating. Make salad by putting cucumbers, grapes, almonds and rice noddles on top of lettuce. Drizzle dressing over top of salad and toss before serving. Also good to add a grilled chicken breast for more of a meal.
