1 stick butter (room temp)
1 C sugar (white, granulated)
1 C flower (self-rising)
3 small or 2 med banana's
1 T-spoon vanilla
handful of chopped pecans (or walnuts)
2 eggs

Cream butter & sugar
Add eggs, banana's, vanilla
Add flour & nuts
After mixing all ingredients, pour into greased & floured loaf pan (9x5)
Bake 350 º for 1 hour

Tip #1 - USE RIPE BANAS. I either get them from neighbors garbage or the dumpster at the zoo. Riper the better!
Tip #2 - Make late at night after everyone has gone to bed. DO NOT SHARE (if you do they will make you prepare it over & over)
Tip #3 - I usually sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mixture before baking (Don't share these tips with anyone)
