Iceberg and romaine lettuce
1 cup cashews
1 pear
1 red apple
1/2 cup craisins
1 cup shredded cheese

DRESSING:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 t diced onion
1 T poppyseeds
1/2 t salt
1 t dijon mustard

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
