1 stick butter
12 oz. chocolate chips (2 cups)
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Drizzle over 1 box Crispix cereal in a large mixing bowl. Stir until coated. Cool 10 - 15 minutes. Cool well before adding powdered sugar.

Dump in brown paper bag and add 2 cups powdered sugar. Shake well. Put in larger container and refrigerate.
