1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. chicken breast slices, cut into 1/2 " strips
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta or vermicelli, broken (1 1/2 cups)
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. ginger
16 oz. pkg. Green Giant frozen broccoli and carrots or mixed frozen veggies; we use California style frozen veggies.
2 tsp. cornstarch

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic powder and vegetables. Bring to boil: stir in pasta. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 5 - 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and water: blend until smooth. Stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
