2 cups milk (in double boiler)

3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 egg (well beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in double boiler, then add next 3 ingredients that have been well mixed together. Stir until well thickened. Add 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Slice 2 bananas into mix and pour into a graham cracker crust or plain crust that has been baked.
