2 lbs. pork back ribs
1 can tomato soup
½ can white vinegar
1 tsp. lemon
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. pepper
½ bottle H.P. Sauce
45 tsp. salt
10 drops Tobasco
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
½ lb. brown sugar
1 medium onion - sliced
1 lemon - sliced

Directions:
Boil pork back spareribs for ½ hour. Meanwhile make sauce using all ingredients except onion and lemon. Remove ribs and place in oven-proof baking dish and top with sliced lemon and onion. Pour sauce over and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
