1 onion chopped
1 T. cooking oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 15 oz can tomato puree
2 cans green chiles, seeded and chopped
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
10 - 12 cooked crepes
1/2 lb grated Jack or American cheese
3 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
1 c. light cream (1/2 & 1/2)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, saute onion in oil until soft. Add garlic, tomato puree, chiles, chicken & salt. Simmer 20 minutes. In large shallow baking pan spoon chicken mixture onto center of each cook crepe, fold over.

Combine cheese with bouillon cubes and cream. Pour over filled crepes. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
