Bag of Potatoes
1 stick of Butter
8-16 ox shredded sharp cheddarCheese
1/2 c. Half and Half
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Ingredient amounts vary depending on how many potatoes you want to make, I tend to cook the whole bag, they reheat very well.

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until soft.
Scoop out out flesh into a mixing bowl - reserving the skins
Add butter, cheese, half and half, salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Spoon back into potato skins.
Bake at 375º until hot and bubbling.
