2 large onions, finely chopped
4 large stalks celery, finely chopped
2 strips of bacon, chopped
2- 7½ oz. packages of seasoned stuffing mix
5 cups chicken broth
Poultry seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and celery with 2 strips of bacon and cool.
Combine stuffing mix with chicken broth. Add poultry seasoning to taste.
Makes enough stuffing to fill a 12-14 lb. turkey. Stuff turkey right before putting turkey in the oven. Cook 4-5 hours depending on the weight of the bird. Baste every hour or so and cover turkey with foil half-way through the cooking cycle.
