1 cup long grain rice (or brown rice)
1¾ cup water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup celery, sliced
4 stalks green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water 12-15 minutes on high. Combine eggs and milk and cook in microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes. Cool and cut up fine. Microwave bacon until crisp and crumble . In a large fry pan, sauté celery and onions in oil until soft. Add rice, spices, sauces and remaining ingredients and sauté for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately
