8 slices bread 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese - shredded 1 1/2 lb. sausage 6 eggs 3/4 T. dry mustard 2 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 can mushroom soup
Crumble and fry sausage. Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes. Put a layer of bread in casserole and layer of sausage. Beat eggs, mustard, milk, salt & pour over. Let stand overnight . Add enough milk to soup to make it smooth, spread on casserole, sprinkle cheese on top and bake 1 hour at 350
