1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 Tblsps. milk
1 tsp vanilla or rum flavoring
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup chopped candied cherries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, cherries and pecans. Roll in coconut, after making 2 8 inch rolls. Wrap in plastic and chill. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Bake at 375º for about 12 minutes.
